Emmerdale put on their walking boots 

Emmerdale's cast and crew, including Charlotte Bellamy and John Middleton, took part in a Mile in Memory walk on Wednesday 15 May.

 

 

Following the tragic storyline where vicar Ashley Thomas and wife Laurel lost their baby, Daniel, to cot death, the cast and crew decided that they wanted to do something to help FSID fund support and research, and so they decided to join supporters all over the UK by walking a Mile in Memory.

 

An Emmerdale spokesman said: "The cast and crew thought it would be a great idea to further raise awareness and a bit of money to boot. FSID were a fantastic help to everyone in the planning and playing out of the story."
