Great South Run 

The Great South run is fast becoming one to tick off the list with seasoned runners and amateurs alike. Run this 10-mile race for FSID and you can raise vital funds for cot death research and support whilst being a part of an awesome running experience.

The next GSR will take place on Sunday 25th October 2009 and you too can take part!


What you get when you run with FSID

• Direct contact with our Events Coordinator throughout
• The chance to join an online forum of FSID runners to swap tips and advice
• A free FSID running vest, sponsor forms and promotional material
• Opportunities to socialise with the runners

If you want to be part of the team and think you can raise a minimum of just £250 for FSID then email challenge@fsid.org.uk  or call 020 7222 8003 now and we can send you an application pack.  But hurry: places go fast!

If your application is successful we will email you a Great Run pledge form to sign and you will need to pay a registration fee of £25. Once this has been received we’ll send you your fundraising pack and you can get going with your fundraising and training! From then on we will be in regular contact until the big day, with any support or advice you require. 



Running for FSID on your own place

You already have a place in the Great South Run but want to join the FSID team and raise what you can for the cause? That’s wonderful! 

Get in touch and we can:

• Send you a fundraising pack
• Send you a running vest
• Sign you up to an email list of runners
• Invite you to possible socials
• Support you from now until the big day
