How to get involved 

If you wish to take part in one of these walks please get in contact with the walk organisers directly. Their contact details are listed. Once you're signed up on a walk you will need a sponsor form. You can download the one in the right hand column of this page or call us on 020 7222 8003 and we can send you one. You can then photocopy it as many times as you need.

If there is no walk listed for your area so far get in contact with us to register your interest and we will contact you if one gets organised near you (fundraising@fsid.org.uk or 020 7222 8003).

Alternatively, have you considered organising your own walk? It's easy and fun to do and we're here to give you all the help you need. Get in contact now (fundraising@fsid.org.uk or 020 7222 8003) to order your Walk Coordinator's pack.

NB. If you are organising a walk don't forget to contact us so we can list it here. It will get extra publicity for the walk and hopefully recruit more walkers.
