We are able to accept orders for publications, Christmas cards and other merchandise online using a secure server. Please browse the links to the left to fill your shopping basket and follow the on-screen instructions to make your card payment.

Invoices
We are able to send invoices to companies or organisations ordering goods worth over £10.  If you wish to receive an invoice please email your order to office@fsid.org.uk

Overseas deliveries
We are only able to accept order to UK psotal address via this website.  For overseas orders and delivery charges please email office@fsid.org.uk

Payment currency
We are only able to accept payments in pounds sterling.

Cancellation
Individual consumers have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing the order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Your payment will be returned once you have returned the goods to FSID at Artillery House, 11-19 Artillery Row, London SW1P 1RT.

Refunds
FSID can send you a refund if the products ordered are faulty or do not meet your expectations within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to office@fsid.org.uk or call 020 7222 8001 with details of your order and the problem occurred. Please also provide FSID with the email confirmation of your order which you would have received at the time of placing the order.  The refund will be gratned once your godos have been returned to FSID.

In the rare circumstances that you do not receive your order we will endeavour to send your order to you again. If the items you have ordered are out of stock we would issue a refund.

Christmas cards and gifts
We hold a large stock of cards but some designs sell out quickly. If the card you have ordered is out of stock we will send you a similarly priced card of another design unless you email fundraising@fsid.org.uk to let us know that this is not your wish.
